Our networking events bring valuable information, industry leaders and speakers that help everyone in the industry.
Our events are curated so they are relevant to agency owners, CEO’s, managers and leadership and we also conduct events focussed on consultants and team leaders within agencies.
Networking builds relationships
In recruitment we know and understand the importance of building relationships and networking with your peers and other industry professionals. For more than 8 years Captain’s Table has been conducting events that challenge, inspire and connect recruitment professionals around Australia.
During COVID-19 we moved to an online model which served us well and allowed us to keep in touch and stay up to date with employment policy and legislation, security, tech and more. Now our participants tell us they prefer face to face and in person events, so we endeavour to do both.
Meetings consist of professionally facilitated discussion or guest speakers on critical industry topics. Captain’s Table offers management support, interaction, networking, learning and development opportunities, but with a much sharper focus on the recruitment industry.
Established back in 1998 then reformed in 2016, Captain’s Table now has over 180 owners or directors of recruitment firms attending on a regular basis with meeting numbers ranging in size from 20 to 60 attendees each month in both Sydney and Melbourne.
